• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any person without a valid ticket.
• The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser during the ticket purchase. On-ground access control procedures and methods are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified herein and any other provisions as may be specified from time to time.
• Purchasers MUST present their confirmation email with a QR code upon collection. In the event that the provided confirmation are insufficient to verify, the Organiser reserves the absolute right to deny entry to the hall to the ticket holder.
• Third parties are not allowed to enter the event hall.
• In the event of duplicate access on the event day, the purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in denied entry.
• Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
• Information is collected from those registering with Book My Show in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• The information collected from those registering with Book My Show for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection.

Photography & Video Recording Rules

• No professional photography, audio, or video recording is allowed during the Event.
• For more information about restricted items, please refer to the event guide.
• Recording and shooting by cell phone is allowed. Please refrain from recording so as to enjoy the LIVE performances.
• Full recording of the full concert is strictly prohibited.
