Join us for Called For Mission, a powerful night of worship and unity for the Church, hosted by CityAlight.  This special evening will bring together believers from across the city and neighbouring countries to lift up the name of Jesus, renew our call to mission, and stand together in faith and purpose.

With worship led by CityAlight, the night will feature a rich time of praise, Scripture, and reflection — all centred on God’s heart for the world.  We’ll explore what it means to be a Church mobilised for evangelism and social justice, both locally and globally, with special engagement from our mission partners International Justice Mission (IJM) and Compassion.

A unique part of the evening will include the live recording of four new Mandarin translations of CityAlight songs, created to equip and bless Mandarin-speaking churches and communities around the world.

Whether you are new to the faith or have followed Jesus for years, this is a night to come together, worship deeply, and respond to the call of Christ — to live on mission.

All are welcome.

Admission Information:

  1. To ensure a smooth admission, please arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of the show.
  2. Admission to the venue is by valid ticket produced.
  3. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue.  Sale of snacks and beverages are available at the F&B counters located at the Theatre Foyers

Rating / Age Limit

  1. Infant in arms and children below 3 years old do not require a ticket for admission (however, must be seated on the lap of a parent / guardian).
  2. Children aged 3 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy as well as Prohibited Items

  1. Non-flash photography is allowed.
  2. Videography and LIVE streaming of the event are strictly prohibited.
  3. Cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods/monopods and other prohibited items may be tagged at the security bag check and will be deposited at the Cloakroom.

Accessibility Info

  1. Please be advised there are steps leading to most seats in the auditorium.
  2. Due to restricted lift access to The Star Theatre, kindly approach any of the ushers on event day for lift assistance.
  3. Designated wheelchair accessible seating is available at all tiers.

Carpark Info

  1. Due to limited parking lots, visitors are highly encouraged to take public transport or to park your vehicles at the surrounding nearby car parks.
  2. Alternative car parks: Rochester Mall, Ministry of Education, Fusionopolis, Biopolis at One-North, NTU Alumni Club and The Metropolis.
