The Reunion Concert we’ve been waiting for! A Once-in-a-lifetime chance to catch a better ending with M2M!
After their 22-year hiatus, beloved Norwegian pop duo M2M are reuniting for a special concert in Singapore.
Pop duo Marit Larsen and Marion Ravn (Raven) of M2M capture the sweetness of the 2000s. Hit songs like Pretty Boy, Mirror Mirror, The Day You Went Away, Don’t Say You Love Me (from Pokemon OST), Everything You Do, from their amazing 2000 album Shades of Purple evoke a sense of nostalgia that transports us back to simpler times.
After being out of the music scene for two and a half decades, M2M is back and ready to serenade fans across Asia. Their first-ever headlining tour, The Better Endings Tour, will thrill Singapore on May 12 (Public Holiday), 2025, 7pm at The Star Theatre.
The year 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of M2M’s iconic album, Shades of Purple. Fans have never stopped listening to their music and have long sought a reunion. Following their breakup in 2002, both Marit Larsen and Marion Ravn pursued successful solo careers, but until now, they had not reunited for a performance.
On September 22nd (twenty-five after nine) Marit and Marion’s followers were sent into a frenzy when M2M posted a video of themselves singing a snippet of their most-streamed hit, “The Day You Went Away“. The clip went viral, racking up millions of views within hours, as fans flooded the comments with tour requests. And now, it’s finally happening.
“It was never a question of where we’d start our tour if we ever reunited. Asia was always the first choice. Some of our best memories are from there,” says Ravn.
The Better Endings Tour marks a new chapter for M2M as they return to Asia. Despite their nearly decade-long journey together, during which they travelled globally and sold over 12 million albums, M2M has never undertaken a headlining tour—until now.
We’re finally getting to do what we always dreamed of. “I can’t wait to get back on stage playing music with Marit again,” says Ravn.
Larsen, for her part, shares that she is delighted to play M2M tracks with Ravn again. “Making Shades of Purple changed our lives forever, and playing these songs together again, in the same room, while rediscovering both our music and our friendship at the same time, is a particular kind of magic. It feels powerful, like a celebration,” Larsen says.
