Admission Rules

1. If you are unwell, please do not attend the event.
2. To ensure a smooth admission, please arrive at least 60 minutes before the start of the event.
3. Admission to the venue is by valid ticket produced.
4. You are encouraged to print out your tickets for easier scanning and verification at the entry.
5. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the venue.

Child Policy

1. No admission for infant in arms and children under 12 years old.
2. Children aged 12 years old and above must register a ticket for admission.

Audio, Photography & Videography Policy as well as Prohibited Items

1. Photography, videography and LIVE streaming of the event are not allowed.
2. Cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, tripods/monopods and other prohibited items may be tagged at the security bag check and will be deposited at the Cloakroom.

Accessibility Info

1. Please be advised there are steps leading to most seats in the auditorium.
2. Due to restricted lift access to The Star Theatre, kindly approach any of the ushers on event day for lift assistance. 
3. Designated wheelchair accessible seating is available at all tiers.

Carpark Info

1. Due to limited parking lots, visitors are highly encouraged to take public transport or to park your vehicles at the surrounding nearby car parks.
2. Alternative car parks: Rochester Mall, Ministry of Education, Fusionopolis, Biopolis at One-North, NTU Alumni Club and The Metropolis.
