No two events are the same. Designed for flexibility, Star Gallery is a 770 sqm multi-purpose venue that can be configured to suit everything from corporate gatherings and banquets to performances, launches and community events.
With seating for up to 770 guests in theatre-style configuration or up to 490 guests in round-table banquet setting, the space can also be divided into five individual rooms for smaller events or breakout sessions.

The venue rental package includes use of the venue, one-time agreed room configuration (theatre or banquet), set-up of tables and chairs, one technical staff, basic utilities, standard post-event venue cleaning, and a list of standard technical equipment for the respective spaces.
This depends on your requirements for the event. Besides the venue rental charge, there could be other costs such as additional technical equipment, manpower, and use of other ancillary spaces. We can provide the final cost estimate once we know your exact event requirements.
The venue rental package is based on a minimum booking of four hours. Additional hours required for set-up and teardown will be charged on an hourly basis.
We will issue 10 complimentary parking coupons for each event. Additional parking coupons are also available for purchase.
No, partitioned rooms in Star Gallery may not be booked independently. Hirer of Star Gallery can enjoy privacy and exclusive use of the space.
There is no additional venue charge for use of the deck area with the rental of Star Gallery.
Food and beverage reception held at either Star Gallery or Star Loft is undertaken by our appointed F&B caterers. The list of caterers will be provided for your direct liaison and convenience.
The smallest venue is the Star Loft so if you are expecting about 140pax for a standing reception or 100pax of 10 tables (10pax to a table) for a banquet reception, the venue is ideal. For the food & beverage reception, please select from our list of appointed F&B Caterers.
Common meeting materials are available at a minimal cost. You may arrange to bring in your own materials, if required.
Yes, free WiFi is provided for events at Star Gallery and Star Loft.
No, we do not provide broadband internet access or wired internet connection in Star Gallery. You are encouraged to engage an external vendor, if required.
