THE STAR Brings Performing Arts, Retail, Dining and Community Together Under One Identity

SINGAPORE, 2 November 2026 - The Star Performing Arts Centre and The Star Vista will come together under a single identity, THE STAR, from 2 November 2026. The new brand brings the destination's performing arts, retail, dining and community offerings under one name at 1 Vista Exchange Green.

Since opening in 2012, the two offerings have developed their own identities while serving different but complementary needs. Both names already carry “The Star”, a connection that the new identity builds on to present the building as a single destination for entertainment, dining, retail and everyday experiences.

One Destination, Endless Discovery

THE STAR offers a mix of cultural, lifestyle and community experiences. Visitors can attend a performance, shop, enjoy a meal or take part in community activities, with opportunities to discover more during each visit.

The venue lineup features Star Theatre, Singapore’s only 5,000-seat theatre, renowned for hosting world-class productions. Complementing this flagship space are Star Gallery and Star Loft, which offer flexible venues for hire to accommodate a myriad of events and functions.

The mall brings together more than 100 shops and eateries, alongside entertainment options and essential services. Its pet-friendly environment welcomes visitors to bring their pets along, while its open-air, naturally cooled design offers a refreshing alternative to conventional enclosed malls. Star Plaza provides a welcoming space for community activities, public engagement and shared experiences.

A New Look for THE STAR

From 2 November 2026, The Star Performing Arts Centre and The Star Vista will transition from separate brands to a unified destination identity. Individual venues and spaces will retain their existing names and distinct character, allowing visitors to recognise the places they know within the new brand.

The rebrand introduces a new logo and visual identity inspired by the building’s architecture. The website, www.thestar.sg, has also been refreshed with the new branding. The domain itself remains unchanged.

Beyond the visual changes, the new identity gives the destination's performing arts, retail, dining and community offerings a shared direction. Visitors can continue to enjoy the venues and amenities they know while exploring more of what THE STAR has to offer.
